Festive cheer

Every year I wonder whether to change the Christmas colour scheme. Should I go all white and silver, traditional green and reds or perhaps go for a completely different colour - purple, pale blue etc...Oooh the choices nowadays....
So what does everyone else do?!

Christmas Lights..

I see the Christmas lights are due to be switched on in Eltham in just over a week's time - November 18th. Madness!! How early is that. I'm all for Christmas but surely the whole month of December is enough time to enjoy it. I'm only just over Halloween and Bonfire night.
Still I did see a house decorated for Christmas on Saturday night, and yes I'm pretty sure it wasn't for diwali - not unless they thought they would save the hassle of doing it all again, it was definitely festive....
